Due to the organic and perishable nature of our products (Rice, Teas, Spices, and Bananas), we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened or delivered. This ensures the safety and integrity of the food we provide to all our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item (e.g., you ordered Riceberry but received Red Jasmine), please contact us within [7] days of delivery.
Resolution: Please include a photo of the damaged package and the shipping label. We will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
