Thank you for choosing Blue Orchid Organic. We are committed to delivering our farm-to Table, USDA Organic products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing & Handling

To ensure the highest quality standards, all our products are stored in and shipped from a certified organic third-party warehouse. This facility is specialized in handling organic food products, ensuring they remain pure and uncontaminated during the fulfillment process.

  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days.

  • Business Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship using a variety of reliable carriers to ensure you get the best rate and fastest service.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.

  • Carriers: We partner with major carriers including USPS and UPS to provide the most efficient shipping for your specific location.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your item is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your kitchen.

4. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to Lower 48 Continental United States.  We reserve the right to cancel any items that require shipping outside the Lower 48 Continental United States.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
